Dear all,

Thanks to Jeff Johnson we now have a North American mirror of
http://sks-keyservers.net running on http://keys.n3npq.net .

As a result of this I have now changed the North American pool
(na.pool.sks-keyservers.net) away from using a whitelist, towards
using SRV weights as calculated from the NA mirror, in a similar
manner to the EU pool.

Hopefully this should improve results further.
