[skribilo-users] Arguments to format

Hello,

 

I'm translating Skribilo into French but I can't figure out what the arguments to the "format" command are.

 

For instance:

 

(format (current-error-port)

(_ "~a: unknown markup option for '~a'~%")

option markup)))

 

What are ~a and ~%?

 

Do I have to replace '~a' by « ~a » or is it some token that must be left unchanged?
