Are you referring to Guile-Present?

It takes as input an S-expression that's similar to what Skribilo's
`slides' package provides, but it doesn't use SVG directly.

Andy also wrote Guile-RSVG (http://wingolog.org/software/guile-rsvg/)
but these are bindings for librsvg, a C library.
