updating sed's web page

Hello,

I'm thinking on of updating the SED website.
The following is a draft, based after coreutils' page:
   http://gnuwww.housegordon.org/software/sed-new/
(due to recursive server-side includes it's hard to render it locally 
correctly, thus a website).

The raw HTML (without ssi) is here:
  http://gnuwww.housegordon.org/software-raw/sed-new/sed.html

Some things are missing, like a HACKING file, a general purpose discussion 
mailing list (should it be bug-sed@ or sed-devel@ ?), FAQ, etc.
Those could be added to sed, or removed from the web page.
