Details:
For example I'd like to have 'logfile flush 0' without needing to depend on
any screenrc file. It's often nice for programmatic use from make/scripts to
disable rc files and pass everything explicitly.
The -X option doesn't work for me, says No screen session found.
I didn't find a way to create a background screen session, background it, then
send a command to it (and that seems like a pretty roundabout way to get the
desired effect).
