Details:

While 4.6.2 has fully working support for the environment
variable $SYSSCREENRC, current git (as of 2017-12-23) seems
to have lost this support. A few occurrences of the variable
name in the documentation is all that's left.

Please restore that functionality, it is very helpful when
handling multiple versions of screen (e.g. for testing new
versions).

Using "git bisect" (bear with me, I don't know git), I think I
found the commit where support got dropped (at least the #define
ALLOW_SYSSCREENRC in acconfig.h vanished):

  [df1c012227c95dd7aafe8706f4537445ba8f5d48] rewrite configure.ac from
scratch

Having an option instead of an environment variable would be fine, too,
of course.
