URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?42771> Summary: Globbing support in commands Project: GNU Screen Submitted by: None Submitted on: Mon 14 Jul 2014 09:47:29 PM UTC Category: None Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: None Fixed Release: None Planned Release: None Work Required: None _______________________________________________________ Details: Screen's "screen [cmd [args]]" syntax does not support globbing, including '~' or '~user'. It would be nice to support that. I'm passing essentially everything to "bash -c" as a workaround. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?42771> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
