[screen-devel] ncurses can_change_colors()

Hi,

Ncurses can tell an application if the R, G and B (or H, L and S)
components of the colors can be changed. Now if an ncurses-enabled
program runs directory on, for example, the Linux console it sees that
it can change those colors. But if it runs in a 'screen' window, it is
told it can't. Is this as designed or is it a bug/problem?
