Follow-up Comment #1, task #15964 (project administration):

Hello Leah. Unfortunately, it seems that this project has issues which prevent
it from being hosted on Savannah. Specifically, many of the third-party files
included in the tarball do not have valid license notices or are incompatible
with Savannah's hosting requirements.
