Follow-up Comment #6, task #15946 (project administration):

Thanks for information. I added license information in README for
dependencies. 

But I understand one subject. What is really dependency? I using automake and
autoconf for generating build files. Are they really dependency? And should I
add their information in README? I added glibc information because it is a
runtime dependency. I added automake and autoconf but I'm not sure this is
required.
