Hey,

Any chance of this getting accepted soon? I'm pretty sure it complies to
Savannah's requirements. If it doesn't, please let me know so I can fix it.
You also haven't told me whether I need to include the documentation licenses
in version control, even though I'm using Gnulib for them. I'd be happy to do
that, just let me know.

In the meantime, I've implemented a test suite using Autotest (in the 'tests'
subdirectory). I'm fairly certain it complies to Savannah's requirements, but
I've attached an updated tarball in case you want to take a look anyway.
