== Description: ==
Magic Square solves magic squares
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_square).
Squares are defined in a human-readable text format or a machine-readable
binary format. Cells can have integer or floating point values, either
positive or negative.
The main binary is `square' which solves the magic squares. When called as
`squarec', it compiles the aforementioned human-readable text format to a
binary format (which should be reasonably portable except for floating point
numbers which I haven't figured out yet).
