Nomad, is free/libre web browser written in guile scheme and C. 

Nomad is inspired and modeled after the GNU Emacs text editor. The interface
is written in C using gtk and gtk webkit. And and the reset of Nomad is
written using guile scheme. Allowing you to modify and extend Nomad during
runtime just like GNU Emacs.
