==== Description: ====
Startup Disc Creator have a device selector so you can manage your device with
confidence. But there are some problems with Startup Disc Creator:
2) It is graphical.
1) It is not very stable.
If Startup Disc Creator or other GUI tools cannot be used you will most likely
end up using dd.
The problem with dd is:
1) It is not an interactive tool.
2) "BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL if you use the dd command, since a small typo can
make all of the data on your disk useless. - man sfdisk"
devparanoia is used to securely select the proper device before it is being
managed. devparanoia ensure that:
1) The device do not contain the mounted root partition.
2) That the device type match your requirement (USB for example).
3) That the device is unmounted.
I don't know any software that can do this. If you know any please let me
know.
==== Other Software Required: ====
bash
dd
