Follow-up Comment #2:
Hello,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To host a project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with the hosting
requirements:
http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/
One such requirement is that the license must be compatible with current and
future versions of the GPL.
The "Artistic License 2.0" is GPL-Compatbile and can be used ( see
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ArtisticLicense2 ), however
adding additional restrictions makes it incompatible with GPL, and we can not
host such projects (regardless of how good-intentioned those restrictions
are).
Please update the license information in your projects to be GPL-compabitle.
please upload a new archive (with the source-code files of this project) to
the savannah website (the "Attach Files" at the bottom of this page:
http://savannah.gnu.org/task/?13965 ) and the project registration could
proceed.
For any further discussion, please reply by adding a comment on this web-page
( http://savannah.gnu.org/task/?13965 ) - this will allow us to better track
the progress of this request.
regards,
- assaf
P.S.
This requirement is relevant to all the other similar projects that you have
recently submitted - please amend them all.
