Hello Auguste,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To host code on GNU Savannah, it needs to comply with GNU Savannah hosting
requirement:
http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/
Which at the very least requires adding copyright and license statements to
your source code files.
Also, the submission should be made in English.
Please address these issue, and we could continue with the project
evaluation.
