Is this a genuine project submission, or a part of a class exercise ?

If this is indeed a project submission, then it will need to comply with GNU
Savannah hosting requirement:
  http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
  http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/
Which at the very least requires adding copyright and licensce statements to
your source code files.
Also, information regarding the project and dependencies should be provided.

Otherwise,

If this is part of a class exercise,
GNU Savannah is not the optimal place to store such projects.
I'd recommend looking at other hosting services (or setting up a
school-managed hosting service).
