Good points, I'll fix them and re-post.
Regarding CC-BY-SA: no problem.
Regarding OSes: I'll add OSes from this list:
http://www.gnu.org/distros/free-distros.html
Regarding RMS: by all means, please do.
If there's a way to configure some 'problematic' OSes to be acceptable, I'll
do that.
The goal is to help test GNU pacakges on multiple systems, which is why I
prefer to also include systems which are in common use (as long as they are
acceptably free).
An example of what I hope to promote is this (a response to
'platform-testers'):
