Hi David - CVS "web pages" remain enabled because the web pages (i.e., the
source for http://drupal-el.nongnu.org) must be managed with CVS.  Sorry about
that, but that's the way it is.

Perhaps git-over-cvs can be made to work, but we don't have specific
experiences or recipes for it.)
