Hello,

I've seen some files that doesn't have a license header, for example:
EZMangaReader.pro and others. The rule is that any file more than 10 lines
long is considered non-trivial and must include a license. Please, read this
link for further information:

In addition, I haven't been able to find an explicit licensing for the media
files such as PNGs. The usual way to do this is adding a notice in your
license file. Please, would you edit your license.txt?
