Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

The package you have uploaded contains many files without license header. For
instance, the source files, the README, etc.

The rule is: if a file has more than 10 lines, it must provide a license
header. That includes man pages, README files, ChangeLog, Autotools files like
Makefile.am or configure.ac, test code, examples...
