SQDownloader is a simple queue downloader using an external one.

It started as a script to download files while the user is absent, despite
this, SQDownloader doesn't do it's job all by itself, it needs an external
downloader.

Currently, SQDownloader is being developed in Bash script, but other
adaptations are welcome.
