Hello,

Alright, I've completed a *lot* of work.  Here is the new tarball:

I've deleted everything except that which is absolutely necessary.  I added
copyright notices and licensing to everything that remains.

I rewrote the project with a Makefile such that I'm distributing the /program/
under the GNU-GPL instead of the /document/ under the GNU-FDL.  The user will
generate his/her own copy of the document and I will distribute /mine/ under
the GNU-FDL.  In this way, I don't need to worry about images or much of
anything else.  There were a couple of LaTeX files in /include which I am
distributing under the GNU-FDL.

I notice in your earlier message that you mentioned the GNU-GPL version 2;  I
would like to distribute my work under version 3 if I can.  Is that possible?
