imapbiff is a small perl/tk program that notifies you of new mail in an IMAP
mail account. It looks like xbiff program but has some interesting
improvements like PNG color icons and SSL support.

The original author of imapbiff is Michael Arndt but the original webpage
(http://bulldog.tzo.org/imapbiff/imapbiff.html) is currently offline.
