Hi,

thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I'm evaluating your submission
and found the following issues:

You write in README "License: GPL v3". Please change that to "GPL v3 or
later", since you say so in the license headers and someone could say kppy is
licensed under GPL v3 only.

The README file is missing a license header. You can simply use a GPL v3
header there like you did in the source files. However, some people like to
use a permissive license for auxiliary files, but this is up to you. In either
way, please add the missing license header.

You distribute two binary files (kppy/test.kdb, kppy/test1.kdb). If guess you
can't include license headers in these files. Please just mention copyright
and license in README in this case.

Once you reviewed the files, please upload an updated tarball here.
