Follow-up Comment #4, task #12036 (project administration):

All missing headers are added and the existing ones are replaced by the
recommended text.
Exceptions are:
*.lrs and *.lfm: Autogenerated by the IDE (so not really "my" code)
'srsh', 'srst.m4st': too trivial (even if srst.m4st is longer than 10 lines,
it's very very very trivial).

Hope it's okay now. Tarball attached.
