While this item will be useful to track the registration process, *approving

==== Description: ====
Rtty is a serial port multiplexer package designed to provide multiple access
to serial ports (optionally via TCP/IP). The emphasis is on simplicity and
reliability.

==== Other Software Required: ====
none

==== Other Comments: ====
I'd like to manage the distribution with git, and I am working with the
original author to get the original revision control files. Creating just a
bare repo for now is fine.

Assuming the project is accepted, we'd like to have three mailing list:
rtty-devel, rtty-announce, and rtty-commits.
