Hi Aurélien,

I am evaluating your submission on behalf of Savannah, sorry for the delay.

There are a few issues with the project:

* You state that it is an official GNU project. However I am not sure that you
have received official GNU status; can you state if it is?
* Otherwise you cannot use the GNU in the name of the project.
* There is no code attached to the submission, can you provide a tarball?
