==== Description: ====
Entropy-accelerated exact clustering of protein decoys (
stored in PDB files).
Our method uses propagation of geometric constraints to accelerate exact
clustering,without compromising the distance measure.
It is a clustering tool useful for the protein folding community /
bioinformaticians.
C++, no dependency.
It is fast.

==== Other Comments: ====
The current tarball is the previous release of our project.
We want to release a new version out of our lab.
The new version will be relicensed to LGPL because of
restrictions in order to be included into another project
(called phenix, http://www.phenix-online.org/).
Also, the new version will have more maintainable code
and more tests.
