Hi.

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in GNU Savannah.
You can reach the rest Savannah hackers (Staff) in this list:
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/savannah-hackers-public.

I noticed some issues with the tarball you submited:

Some files lack licensing information. Please add a README file in
the same directory containing the copyright and license notices. A
proper example of README file can be found at
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/tree/etc/images/README.
You can take it as a base or make one from scratch.

It must be clear who's the copyright holder for which years and what
is the license of every copyrightable file which don't contains this
information inside. For this purpose we consider copyrightable the
non-trival images and other files above 10 lines long. Note this is a
thumb rule.

Check
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for
further information.

There are some backup files in the tarball (*~). Probably they
slipped in; otherwise there is no problem with them.

> The only addition to the license I would like to do is a note
> suggesting that when scientists are using the software, they should
> mention it when their work is published.

Free feel to put these suggestions in the doccumentation or the
README. As long as they're not mandatory, any suggestion is ok unless
it's something againsting our hosting requirements, like proprietary
software promotion.

I have approved this project. You will receive an auto-generated
email containing detailed information about the approval. If you have
any question don't hesitate to ask us.

Regards and thanks for your interest in free software.
