==== Description: ====
Many people are working on package managers to install Emacs packages.
However these people do not talk much with each other. I would like to change
that by providing a mailing list where we can exchange ideas and join forces.

So initially this project will mainly be used for the mailing list feature
but could also be used to publish design documents once we get there.

I would be good if we could use a free software solution to have our
discussions.

If you decide not to accept this application maybe you know of a service
using free software that only offers the required mailing list feature.

I could not find such a thing. Search results are completely cluttered with
"free this" "free that".

There is no release yet but I will link to a file.
