I noticed some issues with the tarball you submited:

* ChangeLog and README don't carry the complete GPL header nor
  Copyright notices, please add them, like the other copyrightable
  files.  It's ok for the ChangeLog to include this information at the
  bottom.

  We usually ask the maintainer to include licensing information in
  all non-trivial files above 10 lines long, as a thumb rule

* Copyright notice in epackage.el extends to 2011.
