Follow-up Comment #1:

Hi Antony,

I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah, sorry for the delay.
There are a few issues with it:
* The project is called "Antony P Joseph", but the tarball contains a
directory "FormulaPaintApp". I assume that you wanted to call the project
"FormulaPaintApp". I can change this myself.
* The file formula.html doesn't have the license header. You can place it as
an HTML comment; alternatively you can include a README file and list filename
and license there for any files where it is not practical to include the
header.
* The License file should contain the whole GPLv3 text, and not just the
license header.
* A README file is anyway handy for other users.
* The top directory is usually called with the project name and version, in
your case: "FormulaPaintApp-0.01", just like the tarball.

These last two points are not requirements but just recommendations.

Can you upload a new tarball (attaching it to the submission) so we can
continue the review process? Thanks!
