Hi Ravi,

I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah; please excuse the
delay. There are a few issues with memleak (basically the same as in
safeheap):
    * Many code files do not have a license header. As a rule of thumb, any
file over 10 lines should have an explicit header.
    * Some text files (README, ChangeLog) do not have a header either. In
this case it is often better to place the license text at the bottom.
    * The top directory should contain the project Unix name and a version
number, e.g. safeheap-0.19. This is just a recommendation and not a
requirement, though; but it helps to know which version users have
downloaded.
    * You include two licenses with the project: GPLv3 and LGPLv3. I am not
sure why the former is there since the project files seem to be under LGPLv3.
It would help to remove one, or to clarify the global license in the README.

Please provide an updated tarball so we can continue the review process.
