Follow-up Comment #2, task #10420 (project administration):

1. It would not be right to approve anything as GNU until rms has accepted
it.  It's no problem to switch from nongnu to gnu when needed.

2. The normal way to have something accepted as GNU is the questionnaire at
http://gnu.org/help/evaluation.html.  Of course, if you've already written
rms, fine ...
