Hi Walter,

I am not an administrator but I am reviewing your submission on behalf of
them (so bear with me if the review is not accurate or complete). There are a
few issues with your application, which should comply with the hosting
requirements <https://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php>:
* It is recommended that you put all files in a directory with the same name
as your package, instead of placing files directly in the root directory of
the tar.bz2.
* You should use your full name on the copyright notices, since they are
legal documents.
* The license header should be at the top of the README file, and you do not
need to include the full license.

Could you correct these issues and upload a new tarball? Thanks!
