Hello licensing team,
Project "GPSD" applied for Savannah hosting, and its source files have
headers like this:
/* $Id: gpsmon.c 7035 2010-03-11 20:14:23Z esr $
*
* This file is Copyright (c) 2010 by the GPSD project
* BSD terms apply: see the file COPYING in the distribution root for details.
*
* The generic GPS packet monitor.
*/
Given that "the GPSD project" is not a moral person, and that there's
no copyright assignment from contributors, is that acceptable?
Eric S. Raymond (project submitter) argues it should.
The full submission is at:
http://savannah.gnu.org/task/?10260
Thanks,
