make-srpm is a tool to automatically produce a src.rpm from a git tree or svn
tree.

In accordance with rpm philosphy, a pristine source tar.gz is produced from a
release (usually matching a release pattern), with a series of patches up to
the revision being produced.

It can be used to simplify the release of alpha or testing src.rpm's on
rebase, work-in-progress or project trees.
