Hello Thi -- thanks for submitting the long-overdue project for RCS.  I
approved it.  Please let us know if any problems.

Regarding your comments on the submission form, I'll see if I can make the
text box bigger.  The media files question, well, I guess it's true even in
the case of 0 such files :).  Meanwhile, it's another place where people might
stop and read, which is only a help, it turns out.
