Maybe you don't understanded well the needed changes.  You have to put
the copyright holders and licensing information (As described in the
past message) at the begin of every file above 10 lines long, is just
a copy paste.

There is no hurry, but I'm pretty sure you can finish this changes
within 10 minutes when you have a bit of free time, if you need help
because something is confusing or I forgot to explain some thing just
ask in this tracker.
