Framework for decentralized peer-to-peer anonymous secure networking, based
on GNUnet's GAP (Practical anonymous networking) ideas and Off-The-Record
messaging protocol.

SGannon is heavily based on GNUnet's ideas and technologies. So many things
are nearly can be the same, but most of them simplified and moved away from
heavy aiming at filesharing service. My own implementation of anonymity
network is fully written on Perl language and applications can communicate
with sgannon daemon using DBus. The biggest difference from GNUnet is using of
Off-The-Record messaging protocol for secure communication between nodes,
instead of common SSL/TLS-like method.
