The 2 CHANGELOG files needs Licence notice.

Since npapi files are under MPL/GPL/LGPL you must include a (Plain
text) copy of the GPL 2 and LGPL 2.1. I suggest to place the GPL in
the file COPYING and the LGPL in a file COPYING.lesser but any name is
ok. In npapi files put a line saying "For the GNU General Public
Licence see file COPYING, for the GNU Lesser General Public licence
see file COPYING.lesser".

The version number in tarball and the directory inside the tarball
must match. Currently the tarball is 0.0.9a but directory is
0.1.0. Put more care with version numbers please.
