Meta-project to provide Quality Assurance of GNU projects.  Ideas include
automatically building snapshots from version controlled sources, building the
snapshot on many different platforms and compiling the log into readable web
pages, providing code coverage reports, providing cyclomatic code complexity
reports, and more.
