Hi,

usually we ask the project maintainers on Savannah not to use GNU in the
project's name except for software officially in the GNU project. But as this
is not a software per se, I think this doesn't  apply here and approve it. 

However, I ask you to register your group on this page as soon as you have
bootstrapped the page.
