Watchtower is a wireless surveillance camera for the Android.  It consists of
two applications: an application for the Android which captures the image and
transmits it through the Internet,  and a Java application for the desktop
that accepts incoming images and displays them on the screen.

Both the Android application and the desktop application are written in
Java.

This turns a $200 phone into an expensive wireless webcam which works as far
as you have cell phone reception.
