QueTal is a spanish short word which stands for how are you.
The aim of this project is to build a Complete Open-Source solution for IT
monitoring whatever the size and the number of objects to manage.

QueTal is composed of :
- QueTal-repo : a repository of all items appliable to objects
- QueTal-admin : a web interface to create your local objects and apply
monitor items on them
- QueTal-calc : a rule interpretor to aggregate objects state
- QueTal-view : a web console to view a top-down representation of your
architecture
- QueTal-Bus : a message bus which control communication between QueTal
components
