the reviewing team has grown a bit recently, so I don't think you have to
wait for 3 months this time. Unless you wait this long for the fixes, that is
;)

Speaking of the fixes, I'd like you to
1) put also you surname into all copyright lines
2) add http://www.boost.org/LICENSE_1_0.txt to the main dir
3) put an explicit Copyright&License notice into the documentation,
most preferably the GFDL
