Follow-up Comment #4, task #8932 (project administration):

Hello,

we are a bit reluctant to approve projects which are not in a runnable state.
The reason is that there are too many "dead" projects on Savannah already
which didn't see a single line of code. 

Is it OK with you to resubmit the project about the time it reaches the beta
stage?
