Hi Margulan,

Are you still planning to use Savannah?

I see that you're the official co-ordinator for Kazakh in GNOME, so there is
no problem to approve the project.  We prefer ISO 639-1 codes when available,
so the project name should be "gnome-kk".  OK?

(Also, it must be non-gnu.)
