Follow-up Comment #1, task #8766 (project administration):

In #savannah, Sebastian Wieseler pointed out a few areas that could use
license clarification.  I've updated all of the source files to include the
full LGPL copyright notice, and switch the d3des implementation to a purely
public domain implementation.  The current implementation had some GPL
changes.
